Position: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer

Technical/Design/Production Department

Location: Tirana

Role Summary: We are looking for a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer passionate about mechanics and numerically controlled production machinery. The candidate should have experience and a desire to learn/experiment in their field. The main responsibilities will include the design and implementation of metal elements for our construction projects. They will also lead and oversee the work in the Mechanical Department of the company. The candidate will be part of the design, planning, and production team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and detailing of metal elements that are components of buildings.
• Design and detailing of metal elements for the company’s metal cutting and processing machinery.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project;
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the quality of work and timely delivery in accordance with project deadlines;
• Supervise and monitor activities on-site related to mechanical work, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety protocols;
• Develop and maintain documentation related to mechanical systems, including project specifications, drawings, and maintenance manuals;
• Provide technical guidance to other project team members and contribute continuously to the overall success of the project.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;
• Over 3 years of work experience (candidates with passion and a desire to learn will be considered);
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
