Role: Processing Engineer for Structural Projects

Design Department | Structural Team

Location: Tirana

Role Summary: We are seeking a Construction Engineer to join the design team, which is responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of the structures of civil and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Process the designs for the structures of civil and industrial buildings in accordance with European design norms and standards;
• Participate in calculating the permanent and temporary loads of civil and industrial structures;
• Assist in selecting appropriate materials based on the characteristics of the structure being designed;
• Prepare drawings, final reports, and preventive measures for civil and industrial projects;
• Be part of the Structural Team in supervising the construction processes of building structures and in resolving issues that arise during this phase;
• Collaborate and coordinate work with colleagues in the Technical Department of the company, such as architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and engineers from other disciplines, to ensure a high-quality final product at the most cost-effective price.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Structural Engineering;
• Over 2 years of work experience;
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards;
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and market demands in the construction sector;
• Ability to work in a team, collaborating and interacting with other staff members of the company.
