Position: Implementation Architect

Position Summary: The Implementation Architect must have a thorough understanding of the project and its specifications. This role involves preparing architectural drawings, tender packages, scheduling architectural work processes, coordinating with team leaders on finishing works, overseeing the quality and timelines of construction work, and ensuring material compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Studies and familiarizes themselves with the implementation project, general site plans, infrastructure project, technical specifications, and all other project elements.
• Maintains continuous communication with designers to coordinate and implement the project.
• Ensures that the provided materials are complete and ready for execution in line with project disciplines.
• Prepares drawings, details, and updates on time as required by the technical implementation staff.
• Prepares architectural drawings to be included in tender packages based on the project’s nature.
• Exchanges information on architectural works that are subcontracted to potential bidders/suppliers.
• Analyzes offers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assists in scheduling construction and architectural work processes based on the general work schedule.
• Collaborates with team leaders on architectural finishing works.
• Supervises the quality and timelines of architectural works and materials.
• Prepares progress reports regarding execution, quality, and implementation challenges in accordance with the site work schedule.
• Documents all project phases and maintains relevant records for project updates.
• Reviews standard projects, general site plans, and infrastructure plans according to technical specifications and all other project elements.
• Adheres to company procedures regarding subcontractors, designer contracts, and contractors.
• Develops executive details for project implementation based on site requirements.
• Coordinates and submits the necessary data to the finance department for architectural works.
• Manages orders for finishing materials on-site according to project specifications and client requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Architecture.
• Over 5 years of work experience as an implementation architect.
• Creative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team, coordinating with colleagues.
• Ability to conceptualize and prepare projects, including urban planning and architectural design.
• Capability to analyze architectural and structural details in accordance with technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Independence in project design.
• Advanced computer skills in programs such as: MC Office, AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Viz/Max, or other rendering software.
• Good knowledge of national and international construction standards and current legislation.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
