Excellence Program
Progeen‘s goal now includes a program that supports talented, ambitious young people. Progeen and some of the best public and private universities in the country have made agreements to collaborate on this program. It gives young people who show outstanding skills and talent in their field a chance to apply for an internship at the company.
How does the program work?
In the first phase, the universities themselves will hold a preliminary interview with the students and assist them in applying for the program through a letter of interest. In the second phase, Progeen will select 10 applicants to participate in the program, three of whom will receive permanent employment opportunities upon the end of the internship. This will be determined based on the abilities and dedication demonstrated during the program.
