Position: Structural Processing Engineer
Location: Tirana
Role Summary: The talent and determination of our team directly impact the quality of our work and our success in practice. Therefore, Progeen is looking for a self-motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic structural engineer to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process the structural projects of civil and industrial buildings by referring to European design codes and standards;
- Participate in the selection of suitable materials based on the characteristics of the structure being designed;
- Prepare drawings, final reports, and cost estimates for civil and industrial buildings;
- Be part of the Structural team in supervising the construction processes of building components and in solving issues encountered during this phase;
- Collaborate and interact with colleagues from different departments of the company to ensure a high-quality final product with the most cost-effective solution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Work experience in the required and/or similar profile;
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards;
- Ability to work in a team, collaborating and interacting with other members of the company’s staff.
