Role Summary: Progeen is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to manage and follow the sales process of apartments and other real estate properties. The role involves active engagement in building client relationships, market analysis, and ensuring the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administration and negotiation of sales contracts, including details, deadlines, and renewal opportunities;
• Monitoring sales plans in line with the company’s objectives;
• Market, competition, pricing, and completed contract analysis;
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with current and potential clients;
• Resolving client requests and complaints;
• Managing post-sales processes, collaborating with technical and financial departments;
• Direct communication and coordination with the Finance Department to track contracts until the completion of sales procedures and property handover;
• Informing clients about the company’s services and offers;
• Developing strategies to attract new clients and expand the network of contacts;
• Refreshing and maintaining the client database.

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in economics, business administration, or a related field;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
• Results-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethics;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
