Position: Marketing Specialist

Location: Tirana

Role Summary: Progeen is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you are energetic, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team, then Progeen is the right company for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating marketing plans aimed at increasing the company’s reputation in the market;
• Organizing and managing various marketing campaigns, including social media ads, digital marketing, and 360º campaigns;
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities;
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with the company’s objectives;
• Analyzing data and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities with the goal of improving the ongoing marketing approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Higher education in the field of Marketing

Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience

Other Skills:

• Stay updated with graphic design trends and communication methods on social media
• Experience in using graphic design software for video and image editing (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects), as well as the ability to write concisely.
• Knowledge of using professional cameras/drones is an advantage
• Good articulation in Albanian and English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High creativity and a sharp eye for detail
• Open-mindedness and a desire for professional advancement
