These buildings were built as part of the reconstruction after the November 2019 earthquake by the government of the Republic of Albania, and the project was managed by the Albanian Development Fund. The buildings were built with modern construction technology. They feature green and recreational spaces, underground parking, and commercial areas on the ground floor.
The challenge of this project was the very short time span. All the construction activities were completed in only 9 months.
