Scope: Turnkey construction of a 41-story building with 8 levels of underground parking, commercial and office spaces

Type of contract: Turnkey, Design-Build

This is the most ambitious project of the company to date. The 41-story building will be one of the new landmarks of the new center of modern Tirana. The ambitious project is located in the new Boulevard, which is the highest demand area of the city.
 
The building’s architectural design is carried out by the internationally renowned architecture firm “Marco Casamonti & Partners” and will be constructed by Progeen shpk. The construction activities are expected to start in the near future.
