Completion of Reconstruction Buildings in Valias

Progeen has completed the construction of the reconstruction buildings in Valias, in the new development area. Progeen shpk designed and executed the construction for buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Block 2, with a total above-ground construction area of 8,597 m².
This project was also built in a very short time to quickly provide housing for families who lost their homes in the November 2019 earthquake. The buildings were constructed to contemporary standards and offer plazas, green spaces, underground parking, and excellent conditions for comfortable living.
This project was funded by the Government of the Republic of Albania and the Albanian Development Fund.
