Scope: Construction of 11 residential and service buildings in Ashraf 3

Type of Contract: Turnkey, Design-Build

The buildings were constructed with reinforced concrete structures and clad with sandwich panels, completed on a turnkey basis within a very short period. The selection of materials and construction technologies used was dictated by the costs specified by the client, the extremely limited time available for the project, and the typology of the buildings.
