The Progeen 2 residence is built with a unique facade that combines the ventilated marble facade with ETICS system covered with decorative terracotta bricks. It is positioned on one of the main arteries of Tirana.
The building is distinguished by its high-quality construction materials and architectural style. Well-thought-out recreational spaces and access from the main road (Tirana’s small ring) turn this building into an investment that will stand the test of time. The building has four residential floors, two floors of commercial space, and two floors of underground parking.
