The “Tirana Uptown” complex is the closest new complex to the center of Tirana, only 1.6 km away.
This project is divided into three phases, where each phase is a separate mini complex consisting of residential apartments. commercial premises, underground parking, recreational areas, and green spaces. In total, 10 multifunctional buildings will be built on a total area of 77,963 m2.
The complex has contemporary architecture and construction technology of high standards, such as ventilated facade, thermal windows, acoustic insulation, individual ventilation, solar panel installations, etc.
Also integrated into the complex is a green belt that is connected to the “Orbital Forest” of Tirana, which is located only 300 meters north of the complex.
