The warehouse was designed and constructed by Progeen in the western industrial zone of Tirana. The building was completed with a metal structure and sandwich panel cladding. It serves as a storage facility for a commercial company’s materials and goods, as well as offices and a showroom for its products. The structure was built to support considerable weight per unit area to fulfill its primary function as a materials warehouse.
