The Iris residence is the first building, part of a residential block with three buildings similar in architecture and functionality. This block is conceived as a modern block with 7 and 8 story buildings where the main function is housing but also leaving necessary spaces for services, offices, shops, a hotel floor, as well as two underground parking floors.
The building is located in the “Oxhaku” area near the intersection of “Zihni Sako” Street and “Xhanfize Keko” Street, only 2.4 km from the center of Tirana.
