This residential building is positioned in the highest one of the highest demand quarters of Tirana, near the intersection of “Sulejman Delvina” str. and “Komuna e Parisit” str.
The location of the building offers easy access to the most frequented areas of Tirana. The 11-storey building is being built with the most modern construction technology and includes elements like ventilated facade, sound insulation system, lightweight monolith slabs structure made possible through the innovative U-Boot technology etc.
