Scope: Turnkey construction of 25 three and four-story buildings.

The turnkey construction of lots 1D and 2C of the reconstruction housing project in the “Spitallë” area consisted of the construction of twenty-five 3-4 story buildings and the necessary infrastructure for residential apartments. The buildings will house the families affected by the November 2019 earthquake and will offer the residents all the necessary facilities for a comfortable life.
This project was financed by the Abu Dhabi Fund for the Republic of Albania, and the contract was managed by Eagle Hills Enterprise Properties – Sole Proprietorship LLC.
