Progeen begins bonstruction of Plot A01 of Durrës Yacht Marina

Progeen shpk is excited to announce the commencement of construction on plot A01 for the prestigious Durrës Yacht Marina project. Covering a building area of 26,752 m². Plot A01 will be developed to the highest modern building standards. In this project, Progeen shpk will serve as the primary contractor for Durrës Yachts & Marina, a company part the group of enterprises owned by Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar Group.
Durrës Yachts & Marina aims to transform Durrës into a premier tourist hub on the Adriatic coast, targeting its evolution into a destination for elite tourism. The construction of this parcel is expected to be completed by 2026.
