Completion of the Residential Building Construction as Part of Reconstruction in Lezhë

The works for the construction of a resiential building in the administrative unit Lezhë 1 in the city of Lezhë is a project designed and built by Progeen as the turnkey contractor (design/build). This project was completed in record time to quickly provide housing for citizens who lost their homes in the November 2019 earthquake. The buildings cover a total above-ground construction area of 12,130 m², which includes apartments, commercial spaces, and underground parking spots.
This project was funded by the Government of the Republic of Albania and realized by the Albanian Development Fund. The entire construction was completed in 9 months, and the building was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania in October 2021.
