Progeen shpk Begins Construction of a New Residential Building on “Hiqmet Delvina” Street

Progeen shpk is pleased to announce the commencement of a new residential project on “Hiqmet Delvina” Street near the Komuna e Parisit intersection with the Dinamo Stadium, in partnership with Gj&E shpk, Derveni shpk, and Geared shpk.

The building will feature 3, 5, 7, and 11 floors, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking. Constructed with contemporary building standards and using innovative solutions to benefit its residents, the building will incorporate technologies such as UBoot, Ventilated Facade, and an acoustic insulation system to provide a highly comfortable living environment. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

In this project, Progeen shpk serves as the turnkey contractor and will also manage the sales of a considerable number of apartments, commercial spaces and parking spots. This project will be present in Progeen shpk’s portfolio under the name G8.
