Progeen 1 was the cornerstone of the residential construction of Progeen shpk, as it was the first residential building built by the company. The building is located in the “Oxhak” area and has very good access to the main arteries of Tirana.
The facade works with the ETICS system; the quality and innovation of the construction, as well as the selection of colors, make it stand out in the area.
