Position Summary:
The architect is responsible for designing residential and industrial buildings, partial urban studies, detailed local plans (PDVs), and more. The architect will be involved in all stages of design and implementation, preparing projects in accordance with urban planning conditions, budgets, and the specific requirements of clients or the company. The architect will be an integral part of a professional team, collaborating with architects, engineers, surveyors, and implementation engineers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare well-detailed projects using specialized computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Consult with the rest of the team regarding the feasibility, efficiency, functionality, and safety of the structures to be designed.
• Take into account factors such as legal, urban planning, environmental constraints, and project budgets.
• Work closely with other professionals such as structural engineers, implementation engineers, project managers, and cost estimators.
• Prepare reports and cost estimates for the projects to be developed.
• Adapt plans and designs according to circumstances and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Coordinate the architectural project throughout all design/implementation phases with other disciplines, including structural design, electrical design, mechanical design, hydraulic design, infrastructure design, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:            – Degree in Architecture.

Experience:     – 5 years of work experience as an Architect.

Other Skills:

• Ability to break down architectural and structural details in accordance with technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Strong creative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team, coordinating tasks with colleagues.
• Competence in conceptualizing and preparing projects, including urban planning and architectural design.
• Capability to work independently on designs.
• Advanced computer skills in various software essential for the work process, such as AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Revit Architecture, 3D Studio Viz, Adobe Photoshop, or other similar programs.
• Readiness to complete/follow assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Good knowledge of national and international construction standards and applicable legislation.
