Responsibilities:

• Conducts market research and analysis to procure the necessary materials for the company’s projects.
• Ensures real-time supply of materials, guaranteeing the smooth progress of work.
• Ensures that selected materials meet optimal price and quality standards and align with project specifications.
• Manages inventory in collaboration with the Central Warehouse.
• Maintains regular communication with project managers to ensure supplies are delivered according to project needs and timelines.
• Reports on market price changes and opportunities for market development.
• Handles any situation or issue related to the supply of materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in procuring materials for construction projects.
• Knowledge of recent market developments and trends.
• Energetic, proactive, and fully committed to ensuring accurate and timely supply.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
