Progeen shpk & Pro-Credit Bank enable the financing of loans for apartments in the Tirana Uptown Complex with financing up to 80%

Progeen shpk signed a cooperation agreement with Pro-Credit Bank for financing loans for the purchase of apartments in the Tirana Uptown residential complex.

This agreement enables the financing of the loans of the company’s customers up to 80% without the need for them to place other collateral. Immediately after construction is completed, the new home will serve as collateral for the loan.

The creation of this new opportunity was presented on the morning ABC show on ABC news Albania television where Pro-Credit Bank and Progeen shpk gave more details about the mechanism of how it works.
